In additional to these our health partitioner may also collect details of your past and current health history, medical record, treatment, and outcomes. Most of the information is provided by you directly when you use our services or products. Who do we share your information with?
Healthcare practitioner may need to share your details with internal staff involved in delivering services or products, such as your contact details with staff responsible for preparing prescriptions, labelling, posting your herbal medicines or to contact you about an order you placed. If you have given us permission our practitioner may discuss your case history with other clinicians. In the practice or liaise externally with your GP, you may opt out if you wish to be excluded. Sometimes we may anonymise personal information so that you can no longer be identified from it and use this for our own purposes. In addition, sometimes we may use some of your personal information together with other people’s personal information to give us statistical information for our own purposes. Because this is grouped together wither other personal information and you are not identifiable from that combined data, we are able to use this. We do not share your information with organisation outside of our organization. There may be an exception in rare occasions when there is an immediate risk or harm to someone, we may be obliged to share that information with relevant organisations such as ambulance service or safeguarding organisation or with whom we are regally required to do so.
For client buying products our website: For clients making purchases of products on our website, we may share some information (name, address, phone number) with organisation such as currier companies to deliver goods as a part of our contractual commitment for purchases. How long we keep your information?
For clients seeing/ consulting with our healthcare practitioners, we may keep your information up to 7 years from the last contact as part of compliance to their professional bodies’ standards and rules, as this may be necessary for legal reasons. For customer buying products/services on our website may keep their details until we have fulfilled our contractual commitment or until its legally required. If you have opted for our marketing, we may keep up to 2 years or until it is deemed necessary for us to keep or if you wish to continue being contacted for marketing purpose.

You can obtain copies of your personal data from us. You can send us request in writing. You will receive this service without a charge. If you think we have inaccurate/incomplete information, and you wish to make you may request us to rectify it but this may not apply to consultation record as we usually do not amend consultation records however we may add a note about the information you provided. This is because it is important and necessary that we have a copy of your information available at the time you received our services/products for legitimate reasons. It is your statutory right to request deletion and restrict the processing of data in certain circumstances. however we may refuse to do so in certain situation or where law obliged us to retain your data, this may be for keeping your data for any potential insurance claims or our obligatory duties imposed by the law and in compliance to practitioner’s regulatory body. You may receive marketing from us about similar goods and services, where either you have consented to this, or we have another legal reason by which we can contact you for marketing purposes. However, we will give you the opportunity to manage how or if we market to you.
